Who we are

EdgeLens is a free tool operated by Creative Edge, Belgium. Questions about this policy or your data: info@creative-edge.be.

What we collect

When you run a scan we store the website address you entered, the company or brand name you entered (if any), the language you used, the page you arrived from, and the technical results of the audit.

We do not ask for an account, a password or a payment method, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use scan data to produce your report, to improve the tool, and — this is the important part — as commercial lead information: Creative Edge may contact the organisation behind a scanned website to offer SEO, AI visibility, conversion or web design services related to the findings.

By submitting a URL and company name you agree to this use. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f) in offering relevant business-to-business services to organisations that voluntarily tested their own website with our tool.

Emails you start yourself

The download button also opens a pre-filled email to info@creative-edge.be. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail program, and the PDF is only attached if you attach it.

Sharing and storage

Data is stored on our managed cloud database inside the EU. We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors that host the app, and only to keep it running.

Scan records and lead information are kept for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or object to commercial follow-up at any time by mailing info@creative-edge.be. We handle requests within 30 days and honour opt-outs permanently.

Only scan sites you may test

EdgeLens fetches public pages the same way a search engine does. Only submit websites you own or are allowed to analyse.
